HOW TO MEET AND ADOPT A PET:

If you see an animal that you are interested in adopting, you must first complete and submit an adoption application/agreement for the animal that you’d like to meet and potentially adopt. Once you have submitted your application, we will receive an alert that you are interested in one of our animals. We will review your application and respond to you as soon as possible as to our determination of your application.  If your application is approved, we will contact you to schedule a meet & greet with the animal you are interested in. If the meet & greet and home visit go well, we will proceed with the adoption contract to make the adoption official. A trial adoption/sleepover can be arranged.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21yo
• A meet & greet and home visit with all household members and existing pets in the home will be required prior to an animal being adopted (the meet & greet and home visit can both be done in the same visit).

ADOPTION FEES

Puppies & adult dogs (2 mos to 8yo): $200

Senior dogs (more than 8yo): $100

Kittens & adult cats (2 mos to 8yo) $100 

Senior cats (more than 8yo) $50

Birds and small mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc): $25

What is included in the adoption fee:

• Spay/neuter
• Vaccinations 
• Microchips for cats and dogs
• Microchips for rabbits, guinea pigs and other small mammals are available, but optional for the new owner.
